TARGET, with Partner Roberto Nigro and Senior Associate Sara Aratari, advised Vertis SGR on Tiledesk’s €1.1 million seed round, also advising on the structuring of the investment.

Tiledesk is an Italian startup developing an open-source platform for building AI agents and automating business processes. The round was subscribed by Zest, Vertis, through the “Vertis Venture 6 Digital Sud” and “Vertis Venture 7 Digital Puglia” funds, and OpenT, the joint venture established by Tinexta and Zest.

The proceeds will primarily support the technological development of the platform and its evolution in AI agent-based business process automation.
