TARGET with KOS Group on a greenfield healthcare project in Prato

TARGET, with Partners Andrea Raffaelli and Domenico Segreti and Associate Gianluca Allegri, advised KOS GROUP on a greenfield project for the development of a new healthcare facility in Prato, comprising a psychiatric care facility with 80 beds and dedicated outpatient spaces.

The TARGET team provided assistance on the contractual, real estate, administrative and urban planning aspects of the project, supporting the client in the implementation of the development and in its dealings with the local authorities in connection with the relevant planning and permitting matters.

In particular, Andrea Raffaelli and Gianluca Allegri advised on the corporate, contractual and real estate aspects of the transaction, while Domenico Segreti advised on the administrative and urban planning aspects.
